As a Department Staff Supervisor, Mae is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department. She is responsible for coordinating the sub-groups within the department, improving the operating process, monitoring the efficacy of each sub-group, overseeing the different activities of the committees within the department, and evaluating and reporting the department’s performance to upper management and clients. Mae also devoted her time to coaching and mentoring the Operations Supervisors and Team Leaders within the department.
