Sherif Sweha
Advisory Board Member
Sherif is a senior executive with over 35+ years of experience in the Semiconductor Industry, leading worldwide, multi-functional development teams to develop and deliver volume production of complex integrated circuits. He has held executive leadership positions at Intel, International Display Works (acquired by Flextronics), Virage Logic (acquired by Synopsys), and most recently, he was Corporate Vice President of R&D at Lattice Semiconductor.
Known as an expert in all phases of the Semiconductor Product Lifecycle, Sherif has a proven progressive career reflecting strong leadership qualities that build and lead highly motivated and empowered teams that span various countries, including the U.S., Armenia, Canada, China, India, the Netherlands, and the Philippines.
Highly praised for his work ethic, strategic problem-solving skills, and effective leadership to successfully deliver projects, he is now Principal of Global Leadership Edge Consultants, which fosters Leadership and Management eXellence with its U.S. and global clients.

Jerome Avondo
Founder
Jerome is a seasoned startup founder and senior executive with over 25+ years of global leadership experience. He has built successful startups, all of which were IC design teams and service companies that catered to worldwide stakeholders and clients. He led and managed the development, growth, expansion, and maturity of each startup, ramping up the headcount and broadening the service portfolio according to the business needs.
Recently, Jerome founded Silicon Verified (SilVer), an IC design services company that works with semiconductor companies specializing in Digital Design and Verification, IC Layout, and Electronic Design Automation. In line with his leadership skills, he is also looking to work with companies that are in need of reinforced organizational structures.

Edmund Garcia

Edmund is a businessman and investor with over 30 years of experience in International Risk Management and Corporate Finance having worked in Hong Kong, London, and Los Angeles. He is the founder of a private equity firm, ODB Capital Ltd., specializing in Leverage Buyouts and Mergers & Acquisitions.

James Botiquin
Executive Staff/Senior Design Verification Engineer
James is a SiVer Executive Staff Member and Department Manager with over 18+ years of industry experience, having led and managed team organizations, program operations, and project endeavors. He has led hardware development projects and IP protection endeavors in the past, mainly in the field of Digital Design Verification, specifically for IC/System on Chip (SoC) image processing products and sub-block components.
He has held leadership roles and has been involved in building teams and developing experts within the organization to ramp up quality service and delivery excellence. He is currently the SilVerssc Data Processing Service Program Leader and Department Manager, having started the organization from a team of 5 that has expanded its work portfolio and capability for the 1st 3 years to a team of 45.
Highly praised for his work principles, strategic problem-solving skills, and effective leadership to successfully build and run organizations and deliver projects, he leads the Data Department, fostering Leadership and Management excellence with SilVer's global partners and clients.

Mae Charmaine Dela Tonga
Staff Supervisor
Mae is a SilVer Department Staff Supervisor with over 6+ years of leadership and mentoring experience. She worked for a semiconductor company as an IC Layout Engineer. Her leadership skills, organizational skills, negotiation skills, project management skills, communication skills, and engineering skills have had a big impact on her achievements and success.
As a Department Staff Supervisor, Mae is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department. She is responsible for coordinating the sub-groups within the department, improving the operating process, monitoring the efficacy of each sub-group, overseeing the different activities of the committees within the department, and evaluating and reporting the department's performance to upper management and clients. Mae also devoted her time to coaching and mentoring the Operations Supervisors and Team Leaders within the department.
Mae believes that professional success is all about learning new skills. Adapting and nurturing new skills opens opportunities not only for oneself but also for others. 'Cascading Excellence' and 'Being a Servant Leader' are two of the mottos that guided her to her purpose in the industry.
